The Folk Orc Associate Artists
The Folk Orc Associate Artists is a list of Bands, Duos and Solo Performers that are also a part of the Folk Orc Regular Sessions Community. Some of these groups were formed from within the Folk Orc Regular Sessions, others existed before or outside and came into the Folk Orc comunity. If you are interested in booking any of these artists then please do get in touch and we shall put you in touch. Cheese and Weasels
Chris is the founder and workshop leader at The Folk Orc. As a solo performer he plays mainly finger-style acoustic guitar comprising of self-penned tunes or songs, traditional British folk material and elements of american blues roots tracks.
Well, it started with an question: 'What would these songs sound like if we plugged in?'. Electric Rodney was born. Playing mainly traditional British folk music through amps with distortion. They proudly carry the spirit of Motorhead in thier pockets whilst living in a world of good beer, wood paneling and the appropriate use of tweed.

Named after the fictional plant in Cold Comfort Farm, Sukebind sing and play uplifting songs of despair and despondency in the English folk tradition. Two New Forest women who met through their enjoyment of playing music with The Folk Orc Regular Sessions Band.
